eZone
eZone service allows the customers to order merchandise in the United States online or via a 1-800 number and receive the items at their doorstep. Mail is shipped from the United States three times per week. Customers receive their merchandise in the Netherlands Antilles within days after it has been shipped from the United States.To order merchandise in the United States and not being able to get the order where you are, is now a part of history. eZone service takes care of the transportation and delivery to your home or place of business. Nieuwe Post NA NV also offers eMagz service which offers the customer to receive their magazine and mail from the US at a local US PO Box. This service can be purchased separately from eZone or together with eZone (eZone Plus).
Very soon ordering merchandise in Canada, England and the Netherlands will also be possible.
To become a eZone member you need to fill out these 3 forms:
1) eZone application form
2) TSA Regulation form
3) Application for delivery of mail though agent form (PS Form1583)

New shipping regulations
Over the years, the US Transportation Security Agency (TSA) has continually implemented new security regulations and measures for the package shipping industry, all of which are intended to protect the travelling public, especially those utilizing air travel. E Zone, like all other courier companies shipping via aircraft, we must adhere to TSA’s regulations.
One of the new regulations imposed by the TSA is the “Consent to Screen”. This regulation requires that courier companies have every customer sign a “Consent to Screen” form which now documents your authorization to have your packages opened in the United States. As you all know, E Zone must open your packages to inspect and process them correctly, as well as abide by US Customs laws and those of the various Customs agencies in the numerous destinations we service.
NB: Soon, without a signed “Consent to Screen” form, the TSA will NOT allow your packages to be shipped out of the US; they will simply have us HOLD it at our Miami facility.
Please fill out the attached form asap and give it to your local E Zone office. The TSA requires your Driver’s License or Passport # and your home address.
The Electronic Export Information (SED) authorization is also included on this form, thereby allowing us to immediately file the SED on your behalf, in effect avoiding delaying the shipment of your package when its value is usd$2,500.00 or greater.

Collection of this information is authorized by 39 USC 403 and 404. This information will be used to authorize the delivery of theintended addressee's mail to another. The Postal Service maydisclose this information to an appropriate government agency,
domestic or foreign, for law enforcement purposes; where
pertinent, in a legal proceeding to which the Postal Service is a
party or has an interest; to a government agency in order to obtain
information relevant to a USPS decision concerning employment,
security clearances, contracts, licenses, grants, or other benefits; to
a congressional office at your request; to an expert, consultant, or
other person under contract to the USPS to fulfill an agency
function; to the Federal Records Center for storage; to the Office of
Management and Budget for review of private relief legislation; to
an independent certified public accountant during an official audit of
USPS finances; to a labor organization as required by the National
Labor Relations Act; for the purpose of identifying an address as an
address of an agent to whom mail is delivered on the behalf of
other persons; and to anyone when the delivery address is being
used for the purpose of doing or soliciting business with the public.
Completion of this form is voluntary; however, without the
information, the mail will be withheld from delivery to the agent and
delivered to the addressee, or, if the address of the addressee is
that of the agent, returned to the sender.
